Lonies has been providing heating services for the Chicago area for 39 years. Lonies started his own business in 1989 (33 years ago). Providing quality work at a reasonable cost has been Lonies priority. Lonies continues to be educated in the trade by attending workshops learning all of the updated regulations and industry standards. We continue to maintain our motto of

“Servicing everyone with respect, care, and providing professional services at a reasonable cost.”

Our employees are trained in field and shares the same belief regarding our customers and meeting their needs with quality services.

We service residential, commercial, and light industrial companies. For 39 years, we have established a large customer base that continues to support and recommend us to their family, friends and businesses.

We provide heating, refrigeration, ductwork, boilers, piping and hot water tanks, as well as providing consultation to other contractors.

We are fully licensed, insured, and certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE).
